Actief Interim in Machelen is seeking a technical support professional for an international medical device environment. You will handle incoming communications from internal and external stakeholders and ensure reporting quality for medical matters.

You will process and update projects in SAP, monitor POs and shipments, escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, and log and archive reports and contracts. You will also provide backup for other administrative tasks as needed.

• Experience with SAP for project processing.
• Familiar with internal reporting guidelines.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
