Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays in-store.
• Proficient in the local language, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes.
• Support customers with product or software issues with care using Apple tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs, presenting recommendations, and educating on buying options.
• Perform other tasks, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple's values.
