Job summary

tHRee is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to cover West Flanders. You will combine technical advisory with active sales, manage existing customers, and identify new opportunities across professional garages and workshops.

Based in the West Flanders region, you will travel regularly, tailor solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals with a focus on long-term relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical support and keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Technical background from education or relevant professional experience.
• Commercial mindset with strong customer contact and advisory skills.
• Experience selling capital goods or equipment is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop relationships with existing customers in West Flanders.
• Actively prospect and develop new customers within your region.
• Identify investment needs and commercial opportunities.
• Advise customers on technical equipment, installations and solutions for professional workshop environments.
• Prepare and follow up quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships from both a commercial and technical perspective.
• Ensure accurate administrative follow-up of commercial activities and customer files.
• Work closely with internal technical and commercial colleagues.
• You will have a high degree of autonomy over your own region and schedule while benefiting from the organisation's technical support and product expertise.
