Job summary

TVH Equipment NV is seeking a Field Service Technician who starts the day from home and travels in a fully equipped service van to customer sites. You will perform maintenance and diagnose faults on forklifts, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

You will complete digital service reports and coordinate with our dispatch team to manage schedules while delivering excellent customer service across West and East Flanders.

Then you could be the Field Service Technician we're looking for. As a Field Service Technician, you are the technical expert our customers rely on. Thanks to your expertise, forklifts continue to operate safely, reliably and efficiently. Every day, you work on a diverse fleet of forklifts, ensuring our customers can keep their operations running smoothly. What does your day look like? You start your day from home and drive your fully equipped service van to your first customer. During the night, your van is restocked with the necessary parts, so you're ready to get to work straight away. At customer sites, you carry out maintenance, diagnose faults and repair forklifts. One intervention may involve scheduled maintenance, while the next could be an urgent breakdown or a complex repair. Every day brings new technical challenges. After each intervention, you complete your digital service report. Our dispatch team plans your schedule efficiently, allowing you to focus on what you do best: solving technical problems and supporting customers.
