Job summary

Meerab Group is seeking a seasoned technical lead to steer IT implementation projects from solution definition through deployment and operations. The role focuses on translating business requirements into robust technical specifications and ensuring alignment with security, IT standards, and non-functional requirements.

You will lead architecture discussions, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and provide guidance on technology choices, Azure/API integrations, and cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French or Dutch.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience in technical leadership, solution delivery, application management or IT project implementation, preferably within a Microsoft-oriented technology landscape (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server).
• Good understanding of modern cloud and integration technologies, preferably including Microsoft Azure, APIs, containerization and cloud-native solution patterns.
• Experience with fit-gap analyses, requirements definition, and software selection processes.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, security standards, compliance requirements, and IT service management processes.
• You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous, customer-focused, and collaborative.
• Experience within the electricity sector is considered a plus.

• Manage the integration and adaptation of off-the-shelf (OTS) solutions within the broader IT landscape.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and contribute to technical evaluations, RFI/RFP processes, and software selection activities.
• Support incident, problem, and maintenance management by monitoring suppliers, SLA/KPI performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
