GEA Belgium is seeking a Technical Service Support Engineer for Solids in the Pharma & Industrial Equipment sector. You will be the technical expert supporting customers, service teams, and sales colleagues across regions, delivering high-quality service solutions and remote troubleshooting.

The role requires an engineering degree, hands-on knowledge of pharmaceutical OSD equipment, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical, process engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of pharmaceutical OSD equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and digital tools, including AI-supported solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with international stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, specifications, and P&IDs.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance to customers, service teams and sales colleagues.
• Identify and recommend spare parts based on requirements and configurations.
• Develop spare parts packages, service documentation and maintenance plans.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers and field engineers.
• Prepare technical proposals for equipment upgrades and modifications.
• Contribute to technical training programs for customers and colleagues.
