ABB is seeking a Technical Sales Support Manager to lead a team of experts supporting customers and sales teams across Electrification. You will translate complex customer needs into smart, reliable energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
You will guide solution design, deliver impactful presentations, and balance performance with cost to help customers power a smarter future.
Qualifications
- Expert in Electrification, Building Automation and Energy Management across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
- Experience in sub- and main distribution with understanding of energy management trends.
- People-focused leader with coaching/mentoring experience.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; able to build relations across Belgium and Luxembourg.

- Lead and develop a High-performing Technical Sales Support team of engineers and experts.
- Provide technical guidance on ABB's Electrification portfolio to customers and sales teams.
- Translate complex customer requirements into reliable, energy-efficient electrical solutions.
- Drive analyses and solution design for strategic opportunities balancing performance and cost.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer engagements.
