Job summary

Siemens AG in Beersel, Belgium, is hiring a Technical Project Manager to be the technical heartbeat of medium- and high-voltage electrification projects. You will bridge engineering and client-facing solutions as Technical Lead and Solution Architect.

Lead 3–5 concurrent programs, overseeing hardware selection, CAD coordination, and subcontractor performance. Drive SCADA programming, substation protection devices, and automation systems, including FAT and SAT tests.

Qualifications

• Degree in Energy, Electrical or Electromechanics, with 3–5 years in MV/HV Protection & Control systems.
• Strong knowledge of protection relays (DIGSI) and substation automation.
• Excellent technical communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Protection & Control solutions from engineering to commissioning.
• Act as the primary technical interface translating complex specs into proposals and guiding client discussions.
• Manage 3–5 concurrent projects, including hardware selection, CAD coordination, and subcontractor performance.
• Drive SCADA programming, protection devices, automation systems, and lead FAT/SAT tests.
