Job summary

HOFFMAN, a federation in the Belgian healthcare sector, seeks a Technical Project Manager in Brussels. You will oversee analysis, design, development and implementation of strategic and operational products and services with high impact for the federation and its stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a technical expert or PM, strong PM methodologies knowledge, excellent communication, and a focus on continuous improvement. Dutch and French language skills are important.

Qualifications

• Successful experience as technical expert and/or PM within a technical, digital or complex organization.
• Independent worker with initiative and solid knowledge of PM methodologies.
• Very strong communication skills.

Our client is a well-established and successful Federation related to the Belgian healthcare sector. For their offices in Brussels, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager.

Reporting to the Management Team, the Technical Project Manager will be entrusted with the full management of one or several projects dedicated to the analysis, design, development and implementation of strategic and operational products and services having a strong impact on the workings of the National Federation and its stakeholders.

PROFILE

• Successful experience as technical expert and /or project manager within a technical, digital or complex organization;
• Used to work independently and to take initiative with a strong knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Very strong communication skills;
• Strong in analytical and structured thinking;
• Focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
• Very result - and quality driven;
• Being familiar with digitalization within the healthcare sector is a strong plus;
