Proximus in Brussels seeks a Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee maintenance and project activities on the mobile network (2G-5G). The role focuses on RUN-phase coordination for Proximus and Orange, ensuring timely delivery, governance, and profitability.

You will work with the network divisions and field teams, coordinating cross‑functional activities, reporting results to clients and management, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with mobile networks required; knowledge of site construction and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Nokia hardware is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of mobile networks (2G-5G) including telco and non-telco parts.
• Strong project and process management skills and best practices.
• Advanced skills in Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Awareness of AI applications in operational processes.

Job Description: Project Coordinator for maintenance and projects on the mobile network (2G, 4G and 5G)

A key role in coordinating projects in de RUN phase of the mobile network of Proximus and Orange

Team Description

Within the network divisions of Proximus, a project core team has been established that is responsible for coordinating and management of all activities of the field maintenance services for the Orange and Proximus mobile network.

This team ensures operational results, reports to the client and other stakeholders, and safeguards the profitability of the project and contractual compliance. You will work closely with Mwingz and the Proximus field teams to realize the projects assigned to you.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, monitor, and optimize project activities.
• Monitor operational results and report to the clients and PxS Management.
• Responsible for the profitability of projects and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Align and develop processes across divisions and teams, together within Proximus

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience with mobile networks is required; knowledge of site construction, site maintenance, and associated technologies is essential.
• Knowledge of Nokia hardware is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of mobile networks (2G-5G), both the telco and non-telco parts.
• Thorough knowledge of project and process management
• Knowledge of best practices in project and program management.
• Advanced skills in Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Insight into the possibilities of AI and its application within operational processes.
