OneSource Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Site Manager / Technical Project Manager for an office refurbishment project. You will be responsible for technical and operational follow-up from preparation to final acceptance, coordinating with the main contractor, subcontractors and technical parties.

The role demands strong construction site experience, ability to read plans, and capacity to oversee HVAC, electrical, fire safety, access control and IT infrastructure aspects on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related construction field.
• Concrete experience coordinating construction sites and renovating offices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and execution plans.
• Experience coordinating HVAC, electrical and fire safety disciplines on site.

Responsabilités

• Site monitoring of progress and quality on site.
• Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors and technical parties.
• Review plans and ensure coordination between architecture, construction and special techniques.
• Follow-up of as-built plans and documents and final deliveries.
