Mind OSS is seeking a Project Engineer to support EPS installations for Essensium at customer sites in Belgium. You will travel to sites 3 days a week and work from the Leuven/Heverlee office about 2 days, with a focus on installation, integration and on-site calibration.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a technical role, a background in mechanics/electronics or computer vision, and strong communication skills. Dutch/French language skills are valued; English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical role (pre- or post-sales/field service) or equivalent skillset.
• Experience with client-facing engagements is preferred.
• Strong communication, written and verbal in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage installation & bring-up of EPS at customer sites and guide client engineers.
• Construct, follow and communicate project plans to stakeholders.
• Set up collaborations between forklift vendors and Essensium for projects.
• Configure, calibrate and validate systems at customer sites.
• Provide first-line technical support to customers.
• Develop deep expertise on SafeTrack products.
• Support demos at customers and at tradeshows; assist sales with docs and requests.
