Essensium NV in Belgium is seeking a Project Engineer to support EPS installations at customer sites. You will guide client engineers, set up project plans, and coordinate between forklift vendors and Essensium to ensure on-time, successful deployments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or computer engineering, 2+ years in a technical or field role, strong communication, and a willingness to travel. English is mandatory, Dutch or French preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical role (pre-/post-sales, field service, or similar).
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Driver's license required.
• Nice to have Linux and Python experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or computer engineering.

Responsabilités

• Manage installation and bring-up of EPS installations at customer sites.
• Guide our clients’ engineers during the installations.
• Construct, follow and communicate project plans to involved stakeholders.
• Set up collaborations between forklift vendors and Essensium for your responsible projects.
• Configure, calibrate and validate the system at the customer site.
• Provide 1st line technical support to customers.
• Build up an expert knowledge of our SafeTrack products.
• Collect customer feedback to improve our products.
• Provide technical commercial support - you can take charge of demos at customers and tradeshows, assist the sales team with presentations, documentation and customer requests.
