Job summary

Haulogy is seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Engineer to strengthen our IT operations. You will manage production and internal systems, TLS certificates, device management via MDM, and deployment of SaaS platforms, while working with DevOps and System Administrators in a hybrid cloud environment.

The role emphasizes practical problem-solving, ownership, and clear documentation, with collaboration across Support teams during incidents and outages. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Linux administration, networking, backups, and system security knowledge.
• Experience operating servers across hosting platforms (cloud or managed).
• Reliable, methodical, detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with end-to-end follow-through.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills within a small team.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Systems and Database Operations: perform operational tasks across hosting platforms including backups and monitoring.
• Certificate and Access Management: manage TLS/SSL certificates, whitelisting, and access configurations.
• Endpoint and Device Management: manage company laptops/devices via MDM including enrollment and policy setup.
• Software Deployment: deploy and maintain client-facing SaaS platforms and internal services.
• System Administration: administer core Linux infrastructure with high availability and security.
• Incident Support: investigate and resolve technical and security incidents; support other teams.
• Automation: automate recurring operational tasks where it makes sense.
• Documentation: produce and maintain runbooks and operational docs.
