Haulogy is seeking a Project Manager to join the Services department, overseeing IT projects in the energy sector. You will analyze client needs, coordinate functional specs, and lead the technical vision to ensure timely production and deployment.

Ideal candidates have a Master's in management or IT, at least 3 years in energy IT or project management, and strong French communication with English as a plus. The role emphasizes AGILE practices and inter‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent by experience in management or IT.
• At least 3 years of experience in energy sector analytics or IT project management.
• Ability to see the big picture and provide a detailed project vision.
• Strong interaction with multiple departments; good communication in French; English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse client needs and understand duties of developers, analysts and testers.
• Coordinate functional specs, roadmap, budget distribution, and staffing.
• Lead the technical vision and ensure smooth production and deployment.
• Work in AGILE mode and set up monitoring with technical and project teams.
• Manage risks and adjust investments according to progress.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of project collaborators and expand responsibilities over time.
