FLAMANT in Belgium is seeking a Technical & Logistic Officer to coordinate kitchen, dressing room, bespoke furniture and interior design projects from order to delivery and installation.

You will act as the central contact between suppliers, subcontractors, logistics teams, stores, clients and authorities to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. Strong Excel and ERP experience required, with Odoo familiarity appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative and logistics for interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production documents.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, delivery and installation processes for custom-made furniture.
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English for international suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the complete administrative follow-up of orders and project files.
• Review order confirmations, production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate deliveries and installation with internal and external teams.
• Apply for permits and ensure local authority compliance.
• Communicate progress and respond to client questions throughout.
• Develop and improve administrative and logistics workflows, including Odoo.
