Flamant, a timeless luxury brand, seeks a Sales Support Officer in Belgium to be the operational link between sales, customers and internal teams, ensuring every file is followed up with precision and care. You will uphold Flamant's premium positioning.

In this role you process and track orders end-to-end, assist the sales team with quotes and price updates for B2B partners, maintain high data quality in CRM/ERP (preferably Odoo), and coordinate with logistics, finance and marketing to guarantee

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service or commercial back-office.
• Structured and accurate work style while maintaining big-picture view.
• Understands premium brand positioning and customer expectations.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM systems, especially Odoo.

Your role

• You understand how a premium brand operates and what customers expect
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, English, French and German
• You are familiar with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Odoo
• You take ownership and don't wait for someone else to solve it
