Flamant, a timeless luxury brand, seeks a Sales Support Officer in Belgium to be the operational link between sales, customers and internal teams, ensuring every file is followed up with precision and care. You will uphold Flamant's premium positioning.

In this role you process and track orders end-to-end, assist the sales team with quotes and price updates for B2B partners, maintain high data quality in CRM/ERP (preferably Odoo), and coordinate with logistics, finance and marketing to guarantee

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service or commercial back-office.
• Structured and accurate work style while maintaining big-picture view.
• Understands premium brand positioning and customer expectations.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM systems, especially Odoo.

Responsabilités

• Process and track orders from A to delivery.
• Support the sales team with quotes, price updates and customer information.
• Be a key contact for B2B customers and partners.
• Maintain data quality in CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance and marketing for smooth service.
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
