NextLink Group is seeking a Technical Consultant for the IDGP initiative in Bruxelles Anderlecht, Belgium. You will join a strategic program to implement a structured content authoring platform and integrate it with multiple systems, enabling data reuse, AI-assisted authoring, and enterprise data integration for regulatory documents.

The role requires 5–8+ years of relevant experience in system integration within a GxP/regulatory environment, with strong stakeholder coordination and technical

Competenze

• Experience in system integration projects, preferably in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GxP and regulatory processes (Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Labeling, Clinical).
• Ability to translate technical requirements into specs and designs.
• Proven coordination of multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong communication skills and autonomy.
• High attention to detail and quality mindset.

Mansioni

• Lead discussions with vendors and internal technical teams.
• Gather and refine technical requirements and integration specifications.
• Coordinate solution design and implementation activities.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architects, DT teams, validation SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Follow up on integrations with SSO, Snowflake/Data Foundation, Veeva and AI/Agentic capabilities.
• Support testing preparation, validation activities and implementation readiness.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive technical decisions and project progress.
