Job summary

Fincons Group is seeking a Technical Architect – Advanced to lead enterprise-grade architectures, APIs, and full-stack solutions across cloud platforms.

You will guide development teams, align with business goals, ensure security, performance, and governance, and drive end-to-end delivery in an international, multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience or 17 years of experience recommended for senior roles.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions.

Fincons is looking for a Technical Architect – Advanced

TASKS:

• Design and implemented enterprise-grade architectures, APIs, and full-stack applications.
• Lead technical strategy, development teams, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
• Define architecture standards, conducted code reviews, and delivered technical documentation and governance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Project Management expertise with a proven track record in delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OVH).
• Extensive full-stack development experience using Java, Python, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, and React.
• Proficient in designing, developing, and securing RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Skilled in database design, data modelling, SQL development, and relational database management systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of security principles, networking concepts, architecture governance, and technical documentation standards.
• Experience with legal document automation and AI-assisted development tools.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, conduct code reviews, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Lean Agile, PRINCE2, and PMBOK methodologies, with strong capabilities in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance.
• Advanced user of JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and SharePoint, with extensive experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and executive reporting

CERTIFICATES:

• Optional: One of the following or an equivalent certification: PM², Project Management Professional (PMP), or PRINCE2.

SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving and solution design skills, focused on scalable and sustainable architectures.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team mentoring capabilities.
• Results-driven professional able to balance strategic vision, delivery priorities, and risk management.
• Adaptable and collaborative, with experience in international and multicultural environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English.

Language knowledge: English B2+

Office: Brussels (Belgium), far-site service provision with possible onsite presence as deemed necessary during the execution of specific contract.

Minimum level of qualification:Master’s degree and 10 years of experience or 17 years of experience.
