Moro Technology Corporation (MTC) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the lifecycle of critical engineering and R&D applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to define roadmaps, manage budgets, and coordinate teams to deliver upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in IT service management, application ownership, or technical service leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of business-critical applications, including upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the lifecycle of business-critical engineering and R&D applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define application roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and align technology investments with business objectives.
• Lead application upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery activities, and platform enhancements across Windows, Linux, and cloud-based environments.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects, resolve issues, and maintain service quality and operational excellence.
• Manage product backlogs, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.
• Oversee software licensing, supplier contracts, and CAPEX/OPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effective and compliant operations.
• Provide technical leadership and support for application platforms, working closely with engineers and end users to solve complex operational challenges.
