EY is seeking a Junior Technology Risk Consultant in Belgium to join Assurance. You will support understanding and managing technology risks, gaining hands-on IT audit experience, and contributing to governance, risk and compliance frameworks across diverse industries.

You will work with leading technologies and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, while collaborating with international teams to deliver practical, business-focused recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, cyber security, AI, cloud computing, and technology risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with data and technology and eager to learn how technology supports business processes and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with data analytics, scripting, automation, or AI-enabled tools is considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assess the reliability and security of technology environments supporting financial reporting and operations.
• Perform IT audits as part of financial statement audits focusing on access, change, IT operations, cybersecurity, and automated controls.
• Gain hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and cloud environments.
• Interview stakeholders, analyze processes, review configurations, and test key controls.
