Responsibilities

• Contribute content to files relating to small and medium‑sized enterprises.
• Strengthen internal capacity, enabling your colleagues to focus more effectively on growth and building commercial relationships.
• Actively contribute ideas about recruitment, onboarding, and the professionalization of the team.
• Report directly to the COO until the transition to the regional structure is complete.
• Take on the day‑to‑day management of the office, with a strong focus on managing people and providing substantive guidance to companies.
• Play an essential role in the transition to a regionally based structure and indirectly contribute to the commercial effectiveness of the organization.
• Guide and manage employees to inspire them and bring out the best in them.
• Implement and supervise standardized processes and projects.

Qualifications

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree; a degree in management or insurance is a nice addition.
• Has extensive knowledge of insurance management (Non‑life | BOAR), preferably within a B2B environment.
• Communicates fluently in Dutch; knowledge of French and/or English is a plus, but not essential.
• Brings maturity, structure, and diplomacy to difficult situations.
• Has experience in managing teams and promoting team development.
• Has an affinity for optimising processes and using digital tools.
• Is resilient and moves effortlessly in complex environments without losing focus.
