IKEA Belgium in Liège is seeking a Food Team Leader to guide a dynamic team in delivering a safe, healthy, and sustainable food experience for customers and co-workers.

You’ll coach and develop staff, ensure cleanliness, pricing accuracy, and help implement the store business plan while balancing on-floor leadership with admin tasks.

• You ensure your department is clean, attractive, and inviting. You also ensure our products are always in perfect condition and correctly priced.
• You contribute and support the implementation of the store business plan and IKEA.
• You coach and develop your team to ensure routines and safety requirements are followed.
• As a team leader you support your team on the floor and also deal with administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities
