Job summary

IKEA Belgium in Luik (Hognoul) is seeking a store finance leader with strong analytical skills who can translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions. You will translate the store's business plan into actionable department plans, support co-managers with annual financial targets, and report monthly and yearly results.

You translate the business plan of the store into a clear action plan for your department and you implement the various actions. You support your co-managers in drawing up an annual schedule with the financial targets and you help follow it up.

You report the monthly and annual results.

You support the management team in discovering new opportunities and improvements and you follow up the actions.

You support the various departments in following up and implementing actions to achieve the financial targets.

You inspire, motivate and engage your team to achieve the targets set together.
