IKEA Belgium is seeking a motivated team leader to guide and develop a store department, ensuring a clean, attractive, and correctly priced presentation. You will coach your team, support on the shop floor, and handle administrative tasks while driving turnover and customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You ensure your department is clean, attractive, and inviting. You also ensure our products are always in perfect condition and correctly priced.
• You contribute and support the implementation of the store business plan and IKEA.
• You coach and develop your team to ensure routines and safety requirements are followed
• As a team leader you support your team on the floor and also deal with administrative tasks
