IKEA Antwerpen is seeking a Food Team Leader to guide a team in delivering a safe, healthy, and sustainable food experience for customers and co-workers. You will maintain a clean, inviting department, ensure pricing accuracy, and uphold product quality.

You will coach team members, implement store business plans, and handle on-the-floor leadership plus related administrative tasks. This role emphasizes a commercial mindset, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.
