IKEA Belgium and Luxembourg is seeking a passionate Visual Merchandising Lead to inspire and develop a high-performing team, while shaping store layouts and range presentations with strong visual impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate the store business plan into actionable goals.

Your responsibilities

• You inspire and engage your team to keep the IKEA store vital, up to date and innovative, in order to always offer something new for our customers
• You lead, develop and recruit a high performing and passionate team that achieves goals, with the aim of long-term growth and profitability
• Together with your team are responsible for the layout of the store and to execute range presentations with high quality, strong visual impact and efficiency that provide an inspiring and convenient shopping experience for our customers and that will strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA brand identity
• You connect with (inter)national stakeholders in securing the agenda and goals of Visual Merchandising
• You translate the business plan of the store into specific action plans for your department
• You spot and act quickly upon commercial opportunities
• You create an outstanding customer experience
