Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is looking for a Team Leader Configuration & Marshalling to report to the Completion Manager. You will lead and coordinate daily team activities, oversee configuration and marshalling tasks, and act as technical reference.

You will train new employees, manage shift handovers, monitor skills, ensure quality standards, and contribute to process improvements within our Brussels operations.

Your role:

Reporting to the Completion Manager your main tasks and responsibilities are:

Team Management:

• Lead and coordinate daily team activities
• Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
• Allocate resources based on priorities and objectives
• Monitor skills and ensure development plans
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company rules
• Manage shift handovers

Daily Operations:

• Perform configuration and marshalling tasks
• Act as technical reference
• Train new employees

Communication & Continuous Improvement:

• Communicate effectively within the team
