Job summary

Movu Robotics is seeking a Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering to guide a CHW team of 5–10 engineers. You will apply standardized solutions, ensure designs meet specifications, and drive project planning and progress tracking across multiple international projects.

The role requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years in electrical infrastructure engineering, and 3+ years of leadership. Dutch and English fluency, with up to 30% travel, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with electrical specialization.
• 8+ years in Electrical infrastructure Engineering.
• 3+ years managing a team of Engineers.
• Experience with CAD programs like Eplan.
• Experience with cable calculations using Caneco.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CHW team of approximately 5–10 engineers.
• Apply standardized solutions to meet project specs.
• Plan and monitor weekly progress of each project.
• Guide engineers in their designs and upstream reporting.
• Verify designs and approve technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform on-site IO testing and safety validations.
