Movu Robotics seeks a Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering to drive a 5–10 person CHW team. You will apply standardized solutions, manage project planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust control hardware designs.

The role requires a Master’s in Electrical, 8+ years in electrical infrastructure engineering, 3+ years in people management, and fluency in Dutch and English. Travel up to 30% to offices and projects abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with an electrical specialization.
• 8+ years in Electrical infrastructure Engineering.
• 3+ years managing a team of Engineers.
• Experience with CAD programs like Eplan.
• Experience with Caneco.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of time.
• Located in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Standard Controls Hardware tasks and solutions implementation.
• Lead and develop the CHW team (5–10 engineers).
• Plan and monitor team progress; weekly follow-ups.
• Guide engineers in designs and upstream reporting.
• Verify designs and approve technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
