Johnson & Johnson Geel site seeks a GTP Supervisor to manage the weighing and logistics tank park operations. You will lead a 3–5 operator team across shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant handling of bulk solvents for production plants.

You will drive process improvements, maintain equipment, and coordinate with production, orders, and suppliers while developing your team and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong people management skills and ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Experience leading operational/logistics teams in a chemical or bulk handling environment is valued.
• Familiarity with processes and equipment in weighing, logistics, or processing operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for daily tank park management and align resources with department goals.
• Coach, motivate and develop operators; ensure clear task allocation and efficient resource planning.
• Drive process improvements and maintenance planning; ensure accurate recording of deliveries and stock.
• Lead quality investigations and change controls; ensure up-to-date procedures and master data.
• Coordinate daily activities across stakeholders (production, order management, suppliers) and drive safety and efficiency.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of the team; foster safety and collaboration.
