Robert Half Luxembourg is seeking a Talent Manager Finance Profiles to connect top accounting and financial talents with client organizations across Luxembourg and Belgium. You will build a strong candidate network and nurture key client relationships, turning recruitment needs into long-term partnerships.

By leveraging your financial know-how, commercial mindset, and fluency in French and English, you will guide candidates through the hiring journey while supporting clients with tailored talent

• Initial experience in a sales (client facing) or financial consulting role.

Responsabilités

• Actively search for and select accounting and financial profiles on a permanent basis.
• Develop and maintain a network of client relationships through prospecting and company visits with Financial/HR Managers.
• Analyze clients' needs in detail and select suitable candidates.
• Identify recruitment needs and develop long-term commercial relationships.
• Ensure follow-up and support of assignments through regular contacts with candidates and clients.

As a Talent Manager Finance Profiles, you would be the essential link between the candidate and the company. On one hand, you help candidates find a job in Luxembourg that brings them real satisfaction, and on the other hand, you help organizations build a productive and engaged team.

What will be your responsibilities?

• You actively search for and select accounting and financial profiles on a permanent basis (permanent contract).
• You develop and maintain your network of client relationships through active prospecting combined with organizing company visits, and you establish close contacts with Financial Managers and/or HR Managers.
• You analyze the clients' needs in detail and select suitable candidates.
• You identify our clients' recruitment needs and develop a long-term commercial relationship based on true partnership.
• You ensure the follow-up and support of assignments through regular contacts with candidates and clients.

Who are you?

• You hold a Master's degree in a financial, economic, or business-oriented field, complemented by initial experience in a similar, sales (client facing), or financial consulting role.
• You are a dynamic person with a commercial mindset and curiosity.
• You communicate well in both French and English.
• You are a flexible person who can manage deadlines.
