You will build a strong candidate network and nurture key client relationships, turning recruitment needs into long-term partnerships.

By leveraging your financial know-how, commercial mindset, and fluency in French and English, you will guide candidates through the hiring journey while supporting clients with tailored talent

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a financial, economic, or business field.
• Initial experience in a sales (client facing) or financial consulting role.
• Dynamic with a commercial mindset and curiosity.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Flexible to manage deadlines.
• Motivated by challenges and ambitious goals.

Aufgaben

• Actively search for and select accounting and financial profiles on a permanent basis.
• Develop and maintain a network of client relationships through prospecting and company visits with Financial/HR Managers.
• Analyze clients' needs in detail and select suitable candidates.
• Identify recruitment needs and develop long-term commercial relationships.
• Ensure follow-up and support of assignments through regular contacts with candidates and clients.
