EY Belgium's Core Business Services team forms the backbone of the organization, supporting people, finance and operations to enable the EY brand to thrive. In this role you will help develop talent initiatives, enhance learning programs and leverage data to drive impact across the business.

You will build Power BI dashboards, translate talent data into insights, support workforce planning and contribute to sustainability and inclusion efforts with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 2–4 years of professional experience, including HR.
• Strong affinity for data analysis and data visualization, with Power BI dashboard experience.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Organize key learning journeys for employees across departments, focusing on AI upskilling, leadership and commercial skills.
• Coordinate Belgian participation in regional learning programs.
• Create visualizations and dashboards from talent data (Power BI) to support data-driven talent decisions.
• Conduct ad hoc workforce analyses to support talent decisions and planning.
• Analyze data from employee surveys and other talent sources to generate insights.
