EY Belgium is seeking a proactive HR recruitment professional to shape our employer brand and attract junior talent. You will manage junior profile selections from description to offer, build strong internal relationships, and promote EY as an employer of choice at fairs and events.

You will define sourcing strategies for EY's service lines, drive AI-enabled recruitment initiatives, and support career development for future leaders within our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree.
• First HR experience or a relevant internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and Dutch, strong proficiency in English.
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation and an understanding of influencing factors for a wide range of audiences.
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context.
• A driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Managing the selection process of junior profiles: from drafting the position description up to the signature of the offer letter.
• Establishing strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
• Keeping the hiring managers informed about recruitment activities and selection processes.
• Actively attending job fairs and graduate events to promote EY as future employer of choice, considering EY's Recruitment & Employer Branding strategy.
• Contributing in defining the recruiting strategies for your Service line(s).
