The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and collaboration across teams, with flexible working arrangements and a focus on AI-augmented processes. Strong English communication and Dutch or French proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HR or talent analytics.
• Strong affinity for data analysis and visualization, with experience building dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Organize learning journeys and talent development initiatives across departments.
• Coordinate Belgian participation in regional learning programs.
• Create insights from talent data and dashboards (Power BI) to support decisions.
• Conduct workforce analyses to support planning and initiatives.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes, dashboards, and analytics capabilities across Talent.
