EY Belgium's Core Business Services team forms the backbone of the organization, supporting people, finance and operations to enable the EY brand to thrive. In this role you will help develop talent initiatives, enhance learning programs and leverage data to drive impact across the business.

You will build Power BI dashboards, translate talent data into insights, support workforce planning and contribute to sustainability and inclusion efforts with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 2–4 years of professional experience, including HR.
• Strong affinity for data analysis and data visualization, with Power BI dashboard experience.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Organize key learning journeys for employees across departments, focusing on AI upskilling, leadership and commercial skills.
• Coordinate Belgian participation in regional learning programs.
• Create visualizations and dashboards from talent data (Power BI) to support data-driven talent decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Take part in the organization of key learning journeys for our employees across departments, with a focus on topics such as AI upskilling, leadership, and commercial skills;
• Coordinate Belgian participation in regional learning programs;
• Create impact by translating raw talent data into clear visualizations and dashboards (Power BI) that support data-driven talent decisions;
• Conduct ad hoc workforce analyses to support talent decisions, workforce planning, and other priority business topics;
• Analyze data from employee listening surveys and other talent data sources to generate meaningful insights;
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, dashboards, and analytics capabilities across the Talent function;
• Take part in sustainability and inclusion initiatives, such as gathering data for the sustainability report and organizing awareness campaigns;
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of key talent management processes and initiatives.

Your Profile

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the talent space. While we believe in hiring for potential, the following are strong indicators of success in this role:

• A Master's degree;
• 2–4 years of professional experience, including an initial experience in HR and a strong affinity for talent-related topics;
• A strong affinity for data analysis and data visualization, with initial experience building Power BI dashboards or using other data visualization tools;
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and either Dutch or French;
• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
• A fast learner who quickly grasps new concepts, is eager to learn, and demonstrates a healthy degree of autonomy;
• An interest in improving processes, reporting, and ways of working through data and technology;
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams;
• A strong affinity for AI and a genuine interest in applying emerging AI trends in a professional context.
