Mycompas is seeking a Systems Administrator or technician with 2nd level support experience to handle complex issues on server platforms and related services. You will contribute to incident management and perform recovery tasks under tight timelines, ensuring service continuity and response efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings experience with Microsoft and/or Linux environments, SQL database maintenance, and strong troubleshooting under pressure in a mission-critical setting.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education, with at least 3 years post related experience and at least 1 year post-related experience as a Systems Administrator or technician in Microsoft and/or LINUX environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintaining SQL Databases.
• Experience in assessing and solving technical issues in a troubleshooting environment under time pressure constraints.

Responsabilités

• Providing 2nd level support for complex technical issues related to the BICES NATO HQ Element server platforms and associated applications and services.
• Contributing to daily Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Performing recovery activities.
