Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Belgium seeks a Systems Engineer (CIS Security Accreditation) to advise on security accreditation throughout the NATO CIS lifecycle.

You will conduct risk assessments and guide project teams and contractors, ensuring threats and vulnerabilities are identified and mitigated. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CIS security accreditation, strong knowledge of risk methodologies, and experience designing and implementing security components for major CIS projects, with

• At least 3 years' experience in Security Accreditation of CIS projects.
• At least 3 years' experience in Security risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• At least 3 years' experience in planning, design and implementation of security components of major CIS.

Responsibilities

• Providing security accreditation advice and guidance to NCI Agency Project Managers, System Managers and contractors throughout the whole lifecycle of NATO CIS.
• Conducting Security Risk Assessments (SRA) in support of NATO CIS security accreditation.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Good knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) in the Security Accreditation of major CIS acquisition and/or development projects for a large organization ;
• Good knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) in the Security risk assessment methodologies and tools;
• Good knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) in the Planning, design and implementation of security components of major CIS .

Desirable:

• Master's degree at a nationally recognised /certified University in a related discipline;
• Knowledge of NATO Security Policy and supporting directives;
• Knowledge of PILAR risk assessment tool .

Duties/role:
