prado is seeking a System Engineer to bring all brands onto one group platform, aligning identity, devices, infrastructure and applications across the estate. You will migrate disparate environments into a single, well-documented setup and build an AI-powered first line with automation and self-service.

You will work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, and Odoo, embracing uncertainty and shaping a scalable IT foundation for a growing group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of systems experience with M365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, virtualization, backup.
• High agency and ability to work without a playbook.
• Comfort with uncertainty and undocumented environments.
• Scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, APIs, low-code.
• Interest in AI and applying it to daily work.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Bring brands onto one group platform by identitying (Entra ID), endpoints (Intune), networking, backup and monitoring.
• Map undocumented environments, secure access, document everything and migrate into the group setup.
• Build the automated support layer: AI-powered first line, runbooks, monitoring and self-service.
• Investigate and fix misbehaving mail flow or legacy servers and document findings.
• Direct partners: MSPs, telco and cloud vendors to standard deliveries.
• Automate relentlessly via scripting, APIs and AI across MS 365, Azure and Odoo.
