Smals is seeking a System Engineer M365 to design and optimize Microsoft 365 environments within the Digital Workplace Services team. You will ensure a secure, modern digital workplace and deliver efficient M365 solutions across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and maintain security and compliance settings.
• Monitor platform performance, storage usage, license management, and reporting.
• Manage Entra ID: users, groups, roles, identity governance, device registration.
• Implement conditional access policies, identity protection, and MFA requirements.
• Integrate on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID (hybrid identities).
• Implement new M365 features within the organization.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in migrations, integrations, and modern workplace projects.
• Provide level 3 support for complex M365 issues.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge bases.
