Aegis Vision in Brussels is seeking a Cloud Administrator to manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune in a hybrid on-site role with limited remote work. You will ensure secure access, device management, and reliable cloud services for business operations.

The role emphasizes strong incident handling, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain compliance and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 services.
• In-depth knowledge of Entra ID and Intune.
• Knowledge of Azure core services and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Proven incident handling and SLA-focused delivery.
• Collaborative, delivery- and performance-driven mindset.
• 3–5+ years in cloud administration or cloud engineering.
• Ability to support business-critical systems under SLAs.
• Strong documented change, risk, and impact assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads.

Duties & Role

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access
• Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment
• Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures
• Enforce least-privilege access and zero-trust principles
• Support MFA, device-based access, and security baselines
• Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads
• Participate in change, risk, and impact assessments

Skill, Knowledge & Experience

• Strong hands-on administration of Microsoft 365
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• Knowledge of Azure core services
• Understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity, endpoint, logging, and auditing
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting

• 3-5+ years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles
• Proven experience supporting business-critical systems with defined SLAs
