Inetum is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant with a sharp focus on Identity and Exchange migrations. You will guide complex Microsoft 365 transformations, design identity solutions, and manage tenant-to-tenant migrations in enterprise settings.

You will work in a challenging team, delivering security-first, scalable modern workplace architectures and hybrid Exchange deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• You have relevant experience as an M365 / Exchange / Cloud / Identity consultant.
• You can perform complex migrations and architectures end-to-end.
• You think in terms of solutions and have a security-first mindset.
• You communicate fluently with both IT and business stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant, with a clear focus on Identity and Exchange (tenant migrations). You will join a team of experts that guides organizations through complex Microsoft 365 processes: from carve-outs and consolidations to complete cloud transformations.

Your responsibilities

You are a trusted advisor to our clients and work on challenging projects such as:

• Designing and implementing Identity solutions (Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, identities, workloads)
• Designing hybrid and cloud-native Exchange environments
• Supervising AD consolidations, carve-outs and greenfield setups
• Implementing Identity & Access governance and security

You will work both autonomously and in a team in high-complexity enterprise environments.
