CDH Professionals invites an experienced Windows System Engineer to join Antwerp's infrastructure team. You will manage and improve Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and the Microsoft 365/Azure stack, while automating tasks with PowerShell and supporting 3rd-line issues.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Windows infrastructure experience, familiarity with VMware virtualization, SCCM/MECM or Intune, and a proactive approach to automating and documenting infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Experience administering Group Policy, DNS and DHCP in large environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell and Intune.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization and software deployment tools (SCCM/MECM).
• Automation experience and ability to maintain documentation.

CDH Professionals are working with a well-established organisation in Antwerp who are looking to strengthen their infrastructure team with an experienced Windows System Engineer.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role, working across a large Windows environment and getting involved in both day-to-day operations and infrastructure projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing, supporting and improving the organisation's Windows infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting Windows Server environments


• Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS


• Supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure


• Supporting patching, upgrades and migrations


• Monitoring system performance and availability


• Automating tasks using PowerShell


• Supporting infrastructure projects and improvements


• Maintaining technical documentation


• Providing 3rd-line infrastructure support

Your Experience

We're looking for a strong Windows Infrastructure professional with solid hands-on experience in:

• Windows Server


• Active Directory


• Group Policy


• DNS / DHCP


• Microsoft 365


• PowerShell


• VMware / virtualisation


• SCCM / MECM or Intune

Experience with Azure, Entra ID, Intune and automation would be highly advantageous.

The Person

You should be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting complex technical issues and working closely with other infrastructure and IT teams.

Dutch and/or French would be advantageous.
