Job summary

Oleon is seeking a Sustainable Procurement Coordinator (Freelance/Temporary) in Ertvelde to support the EUDR diligence, ensuring traceability and compliance across the supply chain from raw materials to finished products.

You will collaborate with purchasing, supplier relations, and QA teams, handling data accuracy, supplier documentation, and performance monitoring to strengthen sustainable sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain, purchasing and responsible sourcing processes.
• Ability to manage data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms.
• Familiarity with EUDR and supplier documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the full EUDR process end to end from purchase to delivery.
• Ensure supplier documentation and certification platforms are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor data across monitoring systems and certification platforms for traceability.
• Resolve issues with suppliers and customers and support grievance management.
• Guarantee compliance and traceability for every shipment.
