Job summary

Kebony in Antwerp is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to own end-to-end purchase order execution, supplier relationships, and EUDR compliance for the Belgian factory. You will support master data and production planning while collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

With 5+ years in international procurement, you will navigate logistics concepts and ERP systems, applying strong Excel skills and English fluency. Dutch is a bonus in a global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement in an international environment, ideally wood industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and Incoterms.
• Hands-on ERP systems experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end purchase orders and monitor status through delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Ensure EUDR compliance and traceability of wood origin.
• Support master data management and Antwerp production planning.
• Collaborate with finance on invoice matching and payments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain records of purchases and supplier information.
• Address delays, damaged goods, or invoice discrepancies.
