TMC Belgium is seeking a senior Supply Chain Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale ERP implementation based on SAP S/4HANA. You will work with leadership, stakeholders, and partners to shape future ERP-enabled operations and drive change across the organization.

Responsibilities include mapping processes, facilitating workshops, and aligning business needs with the transformation program, with a focus on performance improvement and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain and transformation projects.
• Proven experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including SCM and Plan-to-Maintenance.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Support a large-scale Supply Chain transformation linked to the implementation of a new ERP platform based on SAP S/4HANA. Work alongside Supply Chain leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners throughout the different stages of the transformation. The position focuses on understanding and shaping business processes to support the transition from current ways of working to future ERP-enabled operations.

• Analyse, document, and map current and future Supply Chain processes, including the use of process modelling techniques.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions with business and project stakeholders.
• Support change management activities related to new processes and ways of working.
• Participate in project work sessions, testing activities, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyse Supply Chain performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure effective alignment between business and implementation teams.

What we expect from you:

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain and complex business or transformation projects.
• Proven experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including Supply Chain Management and Plan-to-Maintenance processes.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
