Meogroup Belgium is seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead to support its clients by optimizing and transforming supply chain processes. You will work at the intersection of Supply Chain, Project Management and Process Improvement to drive change and measurable outcomes.

You will organize workshops, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and monitor KPIs, while contributing to information systems evolution and change management across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, project management or process improvement.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in supply chain process analysis, modelling and optimization.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent workshop and meeting facilitation skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP/SAP environments is a strong asset.
• Experience in the transport, industrial or similar sectors.
• Good command of Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Occasionally participate in projects related to SAP S/4HANA evolution.
• Contribute to change management, communication and documentation of new processes.
• Participate in testing and validation phases when required.

Your mission

As part of the evolution of its Supply Chain organization, MEOGROUP, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Supply Chain Project Lead to support the teams in optimizing and transforming their processes.

You will have a transversal role at the intersection of Supply Chain, Project Management and Process Improvement.

• Analyze and map existing and future Supply Chain processes.
