TMC Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Transformation professional to support a large-scale ERP implementation based on SAP S/4HANA. You will work with Supply Chain leadership, business stakeholders and implementation partners across all transformation stages to shape future ERP-enabled operations.

The role focuses on analysing and modelling current processes, facilitating workshops, managing change, and aligning performance metrics with project goals to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including SCM and Plan-to-Maintenance.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Analyse, document, and map current and future Supply Chain processes using process modelling techniques.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and project stakeholders.
• Support change management activities related to new processes and ways of working.
• Participate in project work sessions, testing activities, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyse Supply Chain performance indicators and ensure alignment between business and implementation teams.
